Analytical thinking and attention to detail Requirements * Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Experience in construction quantity takeoff and budget preparation * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings * Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and concepts * Preparation of itemized cost catalogs and generators * Solicitation and comparison of supplier quotations * Integration of comprehensive project budgets * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Organization and multitasking across multiple projects * Responsibility and adherence to delivery deadlines Main Responsibilities * Quantification of materials and construction volumes * Preparation and updating of budgets * Analysis of unit prices * Integration of quotations and comparative analyses * Review of drawings and technical specifications * Support in cost control and project feasibility analysis * Tracking of budget changes and adjustments Ideal Candidate Profile We seek a proactive, analytical, and organized individual capable of comprehensively interpreting projects and precisely tracking construction costs.
