DE C.V. is seeking a Corporate Lawyer in Bosques De Las Lomas \- Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join the Super Naturista family as: Corporate Lawyer Requirements: Gender: Unspecified Age: 23 to 45 Experience: 3 years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law Knowledge of commercial law Valid professional license and bar registration Responsibilities: Design, draft, review, validate, and administer commercial, civil, labor, and service agreements, among others. Draft, review, and update internal legal manuals, policies, guidelines, and procedures. Monitor internal legal processes. Organize, safeguard, update, and control the legal archive (physical and electronic). Handle procedures before various authorities. Support the management and follow-up of intellectual property matters and consultations. Support the team in all procedures conducted before administrative authorities (SE, PROFECO, COFEPRIS, IMSS, IMPI, INDAUTOR, STPS, REPSE, PROFEDET, etc.), including researching applicable legislation for each procedure to ensure compliance with legal requirements imposed by each authority. Respond to various requests from competent authorities, analyzing the content of such requests to prepare appropriate responses and fulfill them timely and correctly.
