Budget and supplier control We are a company with over 15 years of experience in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive specialized engineering projects, and we are looking for your talent as a **General Services Coordinator** **Position Objective:** To coordinate the operation of support services (custodial and cafeteria), ensuring standards of service excellence, hygiene, and operational efficiency. To guarantee regulatory compliance, budgetary control, and effective personnel management, with the aim of maximizing user satisfaction and organizational operational continuity. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Coordinating from reception to the General Services Department (Custodial and Cafeteria) * Answering and routing phone calls * Handling corporate correspondence and parcel deliveries * Welcoming and receiving visitors * Managing visitor access and coordinating meetings * Ensuring service continuity and quality through efficient control of inventories, costs, and suppliers (cafeteria and custodial) * Document, procurement, and supply management * Logistics and operation of general services * Budget control for corporate events **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Administration or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration * Executive appearance * Experience working in corporate environments (verifiable) * Experience managing petty cash, negotiating, purchasing, and reducing supply expenses **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits starting on Day 1 * Corporate parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Timely salary payment * Salary range: MXN 12,000 to 14,000 * Subsidized cafeteria * Medical expense insurance (Psychology, Nutrition, Medical Consultation) If you believe you meet this profile, don’t hesitate to apply!!
