**BRIEF DESCRIPTION** SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION. Lead the go-live of technological solutions for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful software deployments, training end users, and resolving operational incidents to guarantee adoption and proper functionality of the tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Execute the on-site software development implementation plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. 2\. Train end users and key client personnel on the use and effective utilization of implemented tools. 3\. Diagnose and resolve basic configuration, operational, or usage issues of the system during and after implementation. 4\. Document processes, user manuals, and quick-reference guides to facilitate software adoption. 5\. Serve as the liaison between the development team and the client, channeling requirements, feedback, and adjustment requests. 6\. Conduct functional testing and acceptance validations jointly with the client to ensure the solution meets agreed-upon criteria. **SKILLS** 1\. Functional knowledge of software implementation processes (ERP, CRM, custom systems, or SaaS platforms). 2\. Ability to deliver clear, patient, and structured in-person and virtual training sessions to users with varying technical proficiency levels. 3\. Capability to diagnose and resolve basic operational problems (configuration, permissions, workflows, simple integrations). 4\. Effective communication with both technical teams and business units, adapting language to the audience. **PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, Python, and BI tools. Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
