Option for indefinite-term contract **Requirements**: \*Experience in construction supervision for **urban development and CAD** \*Proficiency in CivilCAD \*Valid driver's license for personal vehicle \*Knowledge of municipal regulations **Responsibilities**: * Prepare, modify, and update AutoCAD and CivilCAD drawings for urban development and building projects. * Review single-lot and residential complex drawings, verifying alignment with municipal regulations and construction standards. * Support the supervision team in interpreting drawings and technical specifications on-site. * Coordinate with construction supervisors to validate progress against approved drawings. * Conduct site surveys and adjust drawings according to on-site modifications. * Maintain up-to-date digital and physical archives of drawings and projects. * Prepare technical review reports for project submissions to coordinators and directors. * Timely inform engineers, site managers, clients, and management of technical complications, project requirements, or necessary adjustments, proposing practical solutions. * Ensure projects comply with municipal standards, construction regulations, and urban development guidelines. **We Offer**: \*Job stability \*Salary: $20,000.00 to $22,000.00 net monthly (negotiable) \*Statutory benefits **Work Location**: Plaza Paseo Zakia, Zakia, El Marqués, Qro.; occasional travel required for construction supervision **Working Hours**: Monday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM; Friday 9 AM–4 PM Salary: $20,000.00–$22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid driver's license? * Do you have experience in urban development and CAD? * Salary expectations Work Location: On-site employment
