Challenging and diverse projects CONSTRUCTION SITE RESIDENT REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL: BACHELOR'S DEGREE \* ARCHITECTURE \* CIVIL ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE: 1 \- 2 YEARS KNOWLEDGE: \* Familiarity with the National Building Regulations, state procurement laws, and municipal construction regulations. \* Ability to oversee technical, administrative, and financial execution. \* Preparation and adherence to work schedules. \* Supervision and procurement of materials and construction processes. \* Personnel management, subcontractor coordination, and cost control.
