Job Description We are looking for a **Construction Quantity Surveyor** responsible for analyzing drawings and technical documentation to properly integrate item catalogs, quantify construction volumes, and support budgetary control. **This position requires on-site presence at the Interlomas site**, with the objective of validating executed volumes in the field, reviewing estimates, and ensuring correct alignment among design, estimates, and actual construction progress. This role is critical to ensuring budget accuracy, progress monitoring, and proper integration of estimates. Requirements **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.** Prior experience in construction quantity surveying and preparation of estimates. Experience integrating item catalogs and supporting budget preparation. Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review. Knowledge of interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Willingness to perform on-site work. **Responsibilities** Reviewing and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify construction items. Preparing estimates and quantifying construction volumes. Integrating and developing item catalogs. Detailed identification of line items for accurate budget formulation. Field validation of executed work quantities against the approved design. Supporting the preparation and review of construction estimates. Verifying physical progress on site for estimate integration. Coordinating with site managers, supervisors, and clients to validate executed volumes and items.
