Request quotations, analyze comparisons and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery times. Prepare purchase orders and ensure their proper authorization and integration with the accounting or project control system. Track deliveries, ensuring compliance with agreed dates and technical specifications. Coordinate with warehouses, site supervision and logistics to ensure correct receipt and use of materials. Maintain and update supplier databases, unit prices and commercial terms. Ensure purchases comply with project budgets, avoiding unauthorized deviations. * **Skills:** Process auditing, internal control, risk assessment. Knowledge of materials and equipment used in road construction (asphalt, emulsions, aggregates, concrete, heavy machinery, etc.). Ability to read and interpret budgets, item catalogs and technical specifications.
