Join a team focused on problem-solving. **GREE Mexico** is seeking a **Commercial HVAC Technical Engineer** to join our After-Sales team, participating in the supervision, commissioning, diagnosis, and technical support of commercial air conditioning projects. What will you do in this role? * Supervise the installation and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems, such as VRF, multisplit, chiller, rooftop, among others. * Provide technical support during project delivery: startup, parameter configuration, and functional testing. * Perform on-site fault diagnosis, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Analyze technical incidents and propose effective solutions. * Train installers, customers, and technical teams on equipment usage and operation. * Ensure proper on-site technical execution of projects. * Prepare technical reports for installation, service, and project delivery. What are we looking for? * Engineering or technical degree in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems. * Experience in installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and commissioning of VRF, chiller, rooftop, multisplit, or similar equipment. * Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to read technical manuals in English. * Willingness to travel throughout Mexico.
