**Strategic Human Resources is seeking a Civil Engineer - Concrete Structures in Monterrey, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Civil Engineer with Master's Degree in Structural Engineering** **Location:** Monterrey, N.L. **Company:** Major construction firm based in Monterrey **Job Description** We are seeking a **Civil Engineer specialized in structural engineering**, with strong technical training, analytical capability, and focus on structural design, to join a high-performing multidisciplinary team working on large-scale projects. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * **Master's degree in Structural Engineering** (completed or in progress). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in: + Structural analysis. + Design and review of concrete structures. + (Preferred) Field/construction site experience. * Ability to work collaboratively and results-oriented. ### **Responsibilities** * Review, design, and development of **structural drawings**. * Preparation of **structural calculations** in accordance with current regulations. * Modeling and drafting of drawings in **AutoCAD 2D and 3D**. * Structural analysis using **STAAD**. * Ongoing coordination with architects, engineers, and other project teams. ### **Technical Skills** * **ETABS** * **AutoCAD** * **Revit** * **Office** suite * (Preferred) Basic English proficiency ### **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.** * Saturday: **8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.** ### **Compensation Offer** * **Net monthly salary:** $24,000 MXN * **Weekly payment** **Apply through this channel** **Desired education level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * concrete * structures * human resources *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=697b8e913200003600fc9d01\&source\=indeed*
