Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in civil construction budgeting and unit price analysis to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability with professional growth **Location:** Monterrey, N.L. \| Cumbres 2nd Sector **Work Schedule:** On-site – Monday to Friday 9:00–18:30 \| Saturdays 9:00–14:00 **Salary:** $22,000 to $25,000 monthly (commensurate with experience) **Responsibilities** * Prepare comprehensive civil and structural construction budgets (foundations, slabs, walls, finishes, retrofits, etc.) * Develop unit price analyses (UPAs) * Quantify construction volumes from architectural and structural drawings * Request and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors * Integrate the civil budget into the project’s total budget * Identify assumptions, exclusions, and cost-related risks * Maintain an updated unit price database * Support comparative analyses of construction solutions * Meet delivery deadlines (including urgent RFQs \<48 hrs) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * \+4 years of experience in civil construction budgeting * Solid experience in unit price analysis (UPAs) * Advanced Excel proficiency * Proficiency in Neodata (mandatory) * Experience quantifying from drawings * Knowledge of the materials and subcontracting market in Mexico **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Continuous training and technical updates. * Job stability with opportunities for professional growth.
