Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in budget management, preparation of concept catalogs, and on-site supervision for luxury residential projects. Budget management and control for luxury residential housing. 2\. Preparation and review of concept catalogs, unit prices, work generators, etc. 3\. Cost estimation. 4\. Physical and financial project progress tracking. 5\. Report preparation. 6\. Review and payment of contractors. 7\. On-site supervision to monitor physical progress. 8\. Knowledge of construction processes. **We Offer:** · Monthly salary: $18,000 to $20,000 (net) plus statutory benefits. · Direct employment with the company. · Location: Cuajimalpa, Mexico City (near Universidad Iberoamericana).
