Therefore, we seek committed, honest employees eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as: **BUDGET AND CONTROL MANAGER** Ensure operational and financial profitability through financial and programming models enabling granular analysis of branches, products, segments, and channels. Lead branch-level budget planning, ensuring efficiency in personnel and administrative expenses, and maximizing recovery during the collections phase under cost\-benefit indicators. **Required Profile:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration fields (Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics) or Industrial Engineering. * Areas of Knowledge: Financial analysis, budget planning or control **Key Responsibilities:** * Profitability Analysis: Evaluate and report profitability broken down by branch, product, segment, and sales channel. * Budget Control and Planning for the Branch Network: Develop and monitor the annual budget (Business Plan) and quarterly projections (forecasts), ensuring control over personnel and administrative expenses. * Collections Efficiency: Supervise the operational profitability of collections (in-person and remote), optimizing the cost invested per peso recovered. * Automation and Modeling: Develop tools and algorithms to automate database control and financial statement forecasting. * Efficiency Strategies: Design cost-reduction plans and efficiency-index improvement initiatives for branches **Theoretical\-Technical Knowledge:** * Budgetary control and cost execution * Programming (focused on report automation and data analysis) * Financial mathematics and statistical models * Database management and control (SQL, Python, or similar tools) * Database Control **Skills:** * Technological Proficiency: Microsoft Office and Google Workspace * Analytical Ability: Capacity to interpret complex financial information and solve problems Benefits * Gross monthly salary: Up to $65,000 GROSS * Work location: Santa Fe * Working hours: Monday to Friday, hybrid schedule.
