We seek passionate individuals with the following profile: **BIM Modeler** **Position Objective:** To develop comprehensive architectural design proposals for industrial projects, ensuring proper interdisciplinary coordination (structural, MEP, etc.) and compliance with client requirements. **Main Functions and Activities:** * Architectural modeling for industrial and commercial construction projects using Revit. * Creation of required families to develop construction details needed for execution. * Review of interferences and coordination among engineering disciplines. * Loading technical construction information into project models. * Monitoring project specifications based on a defined scope, applying applicable building codes and regulations.
