We invite you to join our team as an **Assistant Maintenance Manager** and contribute to our company’s continued success! **Responsibilities:** * Implement the annual preventive and corrective maintenance plan across all branches. * Coordinate service routes and priorities for supervisors and crews based on reported incidents and urgencies. * Verify compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance schedules through weekly and monthly reports. * Support the Maintenance Manager in defining strategies and budgets. * Supervise and validate the proper execution of maintenance work (HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, etc.). * Conduct periodic inspections at stores and operational centers to assess facility conditions. * Review diagnostics, quotations, technical reports, and service logs. * Ensure efficient use of human, material, and equipment resources. * Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of assigned supervisors and crews.
