We specialize in commercial and operational processes requiring tracking, organization, and personalized client attention—driving results through **technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence**. **Position Objective:** We seek a passionate **AI Automation Specialist** with expertise in technology, automation, and artificial intelligence, capable of implementing, optimizing, and operating workflows, CRM systems, and conversational agents to improve customer service, follow-up, and lead conversion via innovative solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Configure, optimize, and maintain **workflows, automations, and conversational agents**. * Develop and refine **prompts and prompt engineering** strategies focused on efficiency and outcomes. * Implement automations for **customer service, follow-up, lead conversion, and commercial processes**. * Configure and integrate **APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and digital tools**. * Manage and monitor **pipelines, dashboards, and operational/commercial reports**. * Organize, segment, and keep **databases and knowledge bases** up to date. * Monitor and optimize the performance of **automated processes and conversational flows**. * Provide support and follow-up for **clients, projects, and implemented automations**. * Identify process improvement opportunities using technological and automation solutions. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree** in Computer Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field. * **2–3 years of experience** in automation, technology, or digital solution implementation. * Experience in **business process and workflow automation**. * Knowledge of **generative AI and conversational agents**. * Experience developing **prompts and prompt engineering**. * Proficiency with **no-code/low-code tools and commercial automation**. * Familiarity with integrations via **APIs and webhooks**. * Experience administering and configuring **CRM systems**. * Strong **analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and logical thinking**. * Ability to work **under pressure and with a results-oriented mindset**. * **Proactive, organized, and continuously learning** professional profile. * Experience with advanced automation tools *(plus)*. * Familiarity with all-in-one CRM platforms *(plus)*. * Experience in omnichannel automation *(plus)*. **We Offer:** **Professional development in automation and AI.** **Participation in innovative and technological projects.** **Growth opportunities within AI and automation initiatives.** **Dynamic environment focused on innovation.** If you're passionate about technology and artificial intelligence, **apply now and join Bull Rocket**.
