Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree or engineering degree (degree holder) * Prior sales experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry or related field * Persuasive negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Strong verbal communication skills * Valid state driver's license and proficiency in operating standard vehicles (mandatory). * Experience working against targets (variable pay). * Proficiency in digital tools/platforms. Responsibilities: * Represent the Heineken Mexico brand * Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to identify sales opportunities. * Present and promote our products persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits. * Negotiate sales terms and conditions with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. * Maintain accurate records of sales made and provide regular follow-up reports. * Stay updated on the latest industry trends and competitive developments. * Participate in team meetings to share best practices and foster collaboration.
