Job Summary: PAM Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Analyst to manage material coding in SAP and provide administrative support for the corporate maintenance department. We are currently seeking talent for the following position: **MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST** **Job Objective:** To administer and create maintenance material codes in the SAP system, ensuring correct classification and coding of materials, equipment, and spare parts used by the maintenance department. Additionally, to provide administrative support in reviewing internal comparative analyses, validating technical information, and controlling materials related to corporate maintenance. **Important:** **This position does not involve negotiations or supplier contact, nor is it focused on operational procurement.** **Required Profile:** We seek candidates with experience related to technical maintenance, industrial materials, or technical catalog administration. Proven experience with maintenance materials and technical spare parts is mandatory. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical material administration, maintenance, technical warehouses, or material coding in SAP * **Mandatory SAP proficiency** * Knowledge of materials and equipment related to maintenance: * Electricity * Plumbing * HVAC * PCI * Spare parts and technical materials * Experience in creating, classifying, or coding materials in SAP * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills * Intermediate English proficiency preferred **Main Responsibilities:** * Creating and entering maintenance material codes in SAP * Validating and classifying technical materials and spare parts * Administrative review of internal comparative analyses * Supporting control and identification of inventories and slow-moving materials * Administrative follow-up related to corporate maintenance materials
