Our purpose is to build A Better Tomorrow™ by creating a smoke-free world.** **To achieve our ambition, we seek people willing to join this journey. ¡Tomorrow can’t wait***,* **let’s make it happen together!****British American Tobacco México****has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Analyst in Monterrey** This position belongs to the Finance Department, Accounting Analyst role. **Your responsibilities will include:*** Ensure CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) stamping for Income/Expense and Payment documents * Verify that customer tax data (RFC, tax regime, CFDI usage, etc.) are correct prior to stamping. * Identify areas of opportunity in the stamping process to optimize efficiency. * Reconcile tax accounts receivable vs. General Ledger (GL), ensuring payment complement stamping. * Ensure invoicing complies with SAT regulations and internal policies. * Manage CFDI cancellations and substitutions, adhering to regulatory guidelines. * Respond to customer requests and clarifications related to invoicing. * Reconcile stamped income/expense documents vs. GL and SAT information. **What Are We Looking For?****ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE*** Experience with CFDI 4\.0 * Knowledge of electronic invoicing processes and ability to adapt to regulatory changes * Effective communication * Advanced English * Problem-solving ability **DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE*** SAP ERP system experience * Experience handling large-scale ORACLE data * Advanced Excel * Information organization and control * Results-oriented mindset **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Annual performance bonus aligned with our local market (subject to eligibility) * Our benefits portfolio varies by country and includes diverse health plans, work-life balance initiatives, transportation support, and flexible vacation days with additional incentives * Your professional growth with us has no limits; it is driven by your aspirations.
