We invite you to participate in the selection process for: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLE ANALYST Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (intern or graduate) * Minimum 5 years of experience in AR, AP, and/or financial administration Knowledge and skills: * Intermediate-advanced Excel (mandatory) * Knowledge of fiscal matters (up-to-date on tax regimes) * Experience managing banking portals, corporate banking, or banking services for SMEs, including foreign currencies * Customer and supplier service orientation Functions and responsibilities: * Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoice issuance and collection recording. * Manage and monitor accounts payable, verifying invoices, payment schedules, and supporting documentation. * Maintain up-to-date customer and supplier records in administrative systems. * Reconcile account balances and resolve discrepancies with customers and suppliers. * Coordinate with Procurement and Operations to ensure correct receipt of documents for invoicing and payment. * Support preparation of operational reports for accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Ensure full document traceability of financial transactions under your responsibility. * Comply with the financial and accounting procedures defined by the organization.
