Position Summary: We are seeking a Compliance Attorney to execute and monitor legal and compliance processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient support to the company's various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution and monitoring of compliance activities 2. Drafting and administration of contracts 3. Operational legal support to various departments **IMPORTANT: THE COMPANY IS SEEKING A COMPLIANCE ATTORNEY;** **Position Objective** Execute and monitor legal and compliance processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient support to the company's various departments. **What will you do in this role?** * Drafting and administration of contracts according to established templates * Document review and validation of legal information * Operational legal support to various departments (information tracking and control) * Execution and monitoring of compliance activities * Support during audits (compilation of information and evidence) * Management and updating of supplier registries * Control and organization of legal documentation * Tracking of corporate matters (minutes, powers of attorney, etc.) * Support in trademark procedures before IMPI * Identification and escalation of legal incidents **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor's Degree in Law (degree completion mandatory) **Corporate and Commercial Law.** * 4–5 years of experience in corporate legal departments * Solid experience in drafting and reviewing contracts * Knowledge of corporate law * Desired knowledge of commercial, civil, notarial, and intellectual property law * Strong organizational, control, and follow-up capabilities * Operational focus and attention to detail * Valid driver's license **What we offer you** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Direct employment with the company * Job stability At CONSEGLOB S.A. de C.V., we are committed to conducting all recruitment and selection processes based on principles of equality, transparency, and respect.
