Excellent work environment. **ELITE CLINIC – CHIROPRACTIC EXPERTS** **Seeking a COMMUNITY M TRAFFICKER with strategic thinking, commercial focus, and proven experience with brands.** **To design, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for chiropractic and acupuncture services, ensuring efficient performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate).** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **\* Strategic campaign planning on Meta Ads (advanced)** **\* Management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)** **\* Configuration of events, pixels, and conversions via Meta Business Manager and Google Tag Manager** **\* Implementation and analysis of conversion funnels** **\* Advanced segmentation by behavior and purchase intent** **\* Budget optimization and CPL reduction** **\* Analysis of metrics: CTR, CPM, CPC, CPL, ROAS** **\* Weekly reports with insights and improvement proposals.** **\* Coordination with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality.** **REQUIREMENTS:** **\* 2 years’ experience as a Trafficker or Paid Media Specialist** **\* Proven experience in lead generation (ideally in healthcare or high-ticket sectors)** **\* Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads** **\* Solid knowledge of Google Analytics.** **\* CRM management and lead tracking** **\* Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset** **\* Commercial orientation (understands that leads are not just leads—they are also sales)** **\* Results-driven and metric-focused.** **\* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.** **\* Creativity and proactivity in proposing new strategies.** **\* Organization, discipline, and attention to detail.** **\* Communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.** **WE OFFER:** **Salary: $15,000 \- $20,000 MXN per month, commensurate with profile** **\+ Performance bonuses for campaigns** **Opportunity for professional growth within the company.** **Complimentary chiropractic services** **\* Ongoing training in Digital Marketing and Alternative Health.** **\* Excellent work environment** **JOIN OUR GREAT TEAM!** **DO YOU FULLY MEET THE PROFILE AND ARE YOU INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION? ✅ Apply here or send your CV via WHATSAPP 5578536575 to Lic.
