Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferably certified). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Age: 28 years or older. * Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Flexible working hours. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and confidentiality. Essential Knowledge: * General and financial accounting. * Preparation and interpretation of financial statements. * Bank reconciliations. * Calculation and filing of federal and state taxes. * Management of SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Monthly and annual tax returns. * Accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Revenue, expense, and cash flow control. * Payroll processing and employer obligations. * Electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls. * Internal and external audits. * Accounting account cleanup. * Inventory and fixed asset management. * Up-to-date knowledge of tax and labor legislation.
