Management of cleaning supplies and equipment inventories. ***Valiant Hotels is seeking*** **HOUSEKEEPER** Job Objective Ensure immaculate cleanliness, order, and presentation of assigned rooms and areas, adhering to the hotel’s quality, luxury, and personalized service standards, guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience. Duties and Responsibilities Cleaning and Presentation * Thorough and detailed cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, terraces, and assigned areas. * Changing and restocking linens (sheets, towels, robes). * Restocking amenities. * Verifying proper operation of equipment and immediately reporting malfunctions. Control and Reporting * Reporting forgotten items according to protocol. * Reporting discrepancies in room status. * Proper management of cleaning supplies and equipment inventories. Guest Service * Maintaining a discreet, courteous, and professional demeanor. * Responding to basic guest requests or appropriately escalating them. * Strictly respecting confidentiality and privacy. Candidate Profile Education * Completed secondary education (high school diploma preferred). * Courses in hospitality or housekeeping (preferred). Experience * Minimum 1 year in 4- or 5-star hotels. * Prior experience with luxury hotel chains (preferred). Technical Knowledge * Professional cleaning techniques. * Handling of chemical cleaning products. * Hygiene and safety protocols.
