Why not do it all? **What to Expect:** As innovation leaders, we seek ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and multifaceted individuals to join our global team. **Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):** * Experience operating and maintaining boilers of 800 hp or more (MANDATORY) * Ensure proper boiler operation—including all components—and operational safety * Experience maintaining safety valves * Knowledge of and ability to interpret STPS NOM-020 * Experience operating and maintaining boiler peripheral equipment: deaerators, Sulzer pumps, automatic and manual blowdown systems * Experience operating and maintaining compressors of 300 hp or more, and refrigerated air dryers * Knowledge of electrical diagrams and PID diagrams * Experience operating and maintaining cooling towers and chillers * On-site water quality analysis **About You** * Required experience as a Boilermaker * Experience handling 800 HP boilers * High school diploma or technical degree * Work experience in industry * Mathematical aptitude * Availability to work weekends * Availability to rotate across three shifts * Computer literacy * Knowledge of refrigeration principles * Understanding of major components comprising refrigeration circuits * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams * Knowledge of and ability to interpret hydraulic diagrams * Ability to detect anomalies and diagnose fault severity * Perform preventive maintenance and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating equipment * Interpretation and maintenance of pumping systems * Repair faults in air conditioning units and refrigerators—including pipe soldering, evacuation, and electrical panel repairs—across various types of air conditioning units and chillers * Working at heights, knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), handling of chemical products, safe work practices around electricity * Ability to read and draft sketches and blueprints * Attention to detail regarding equipment faults, parts, and internal structures * Analytical mindset * Ability to follow technical instructions * Familiarity with various refrigerants available in the market—e.g., R22, 134a, 404A, etc. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $17,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Do you have experience operating boilers of 800 HP or more?
