We are a leading distributor of grocery products, featuring top market brands in the grocery sector: "COLGATE, FERRERO, DEL MONTE, DURACELL, UNILEVER, and many more" **JOIN OUR TEAM!** AS: **RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR** Requirements: * Male or female, aged 29–50 * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in this role (companies such as Pepsi, Bonafont, Danone, Coca-Cola, Peñafiel, Barcel, or retail distributors)* * Knowledge of the Metropolitan Area * Motorcycle driving skills **(PREFERRED) — 90% FIELD, 10% OFFICE** * Valid **Class M Driver’s License**. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the retail sales team. * Ensure achievement of sales targets, market coverage, volume, and collections. * Prepare daily sales reports, incident reports (absences, leave requests, disabilities, etc.), and team performance summaries. * Review and validate sales routes, schedules, and customer visit sequences. * Verify compliance with pricing, promotions, and commercial policies. * Accompany sales representatives in the field for feedback, training, and correction of practices. * Confirm proper product display, rotation, and shelf placement at points of sale. * Identify sales opportunities, new customers, and growth areas. * Review returns, rejections, and shortages reported by delivery personnel. * Support onboarding of new customers and reactivation of inactive customers. * Train newly hired staff and reinforce processes with the active team. * Maintain effective communication among sales, delivery, and warehouse departments. * Assist in operational tasks. **WORK SCHEDULE**: * **MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 7:00 AM UNTIL END OF OPERATIONS** * **DAYS OFF: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY** **MONTHLY BASE SALARY: $20,000 GROSS** * **+ $3,000 MONTHLY BONUS FOR ACHIEVING TARGETS** **WE OFFER**: * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing * Paid training * Work equipment (motorcycle & fuel) * Savings fund * Death benefit * Company loans * **WEEKLY PAYMENTS** * **CASH PRIZES FROM BRANDS** * Monthly performance-based bonus Workweek: ***WEDNESDAY TO TUESDAY*** PAYROLL: ***BANORTE*** **PAYMENTS ON FRIDAY** If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to apply!
