Knowledge and experience in: * Metrology knowledge. * Proficiency in the metric system and English. * Identification and segregation of materials according to their status. * Use of measurement tools. * MSA knowledge (R&R, CPK’s, SPC). * Handling of non-conforming products. * Office software proficiency. * Familiarity with production machines and tools. Key responsibilities * Release of parts across various process areas. * Area walkthroughs to ensure quality assurance and traceability. * Support in instrument verification, raw material release, operational startups, in-process release, and final part release. * Identification and segregation of materials according to their status. * Documentation support and management for the department. * Timely and accurate completion of forms. * Status tracking and communication to relevant departments. * Release of production startups. * Tracking and monitoring of departmental KPIs.
