Focus on attention to detail and process compliance. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Position: Quality Assistant** At Productos de Maíz Ochoa, we are growing and looking for talent eager to begin or advance their career in the quality field. **If you are a recent graduate or have limited experience, this opportunity is for you!** Job Objective: Support verification and control of production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** * Education: Technical Degree (TSU) or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Food Chemistry, or related field ***(recent graduates welcome)*****. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality Systems *(professional internships accepted)*. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Availability to rotate across three 8-hour shifts every two weeks. * Attention to detail and focus on process compliance. * No transportation issues to Benito Juárez Industrial Park (Cerro del Tambor). **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $10,000–$12,000 / Weekly payment * Statutory benefits **Schedule:** * Rotating 8-hour shifts * Includes weekends **Work Location:** Benito Juárez Industrial Park – On-site employment **If you seek an opportunity to grow within the quality field in the food industry, we want to meet you.
