Join our team as a ***PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR***; you will be responsible for all activities related to production, manufacturing, product quality, maintenance, logistics, procurement, and more. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* **Direct, control, optimize, and support the techniques used in the manufacturing process, and organize the workforce operating at the plant. Direct, plan, analyze, develop, and control improvements to productive process organization according to quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention regulations.** *SKILLS:* \- Leadership, conflict resolution, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure \- Interpersonal skills with subordinates, superiors, and department heads. \- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. \- Knowledge of current regulations. \- Analytical ability and capacity to resolve process-related conflicts. *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field. *WE OFFER:* Direct employment by the company.
