Job Summary: Medical Representative specialized in the pain line, responsible for medical promotion, specialist engagement, and commercial management within the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Medical promotion of the pain portfolio to specialists 2. Building strong relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders 3. Ongoing training in pain pharmacology and regulatory guidelines MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE / PAIN LINE (MANDATORY) Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in health-related fields (Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy) or economics/administration fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in medical promotion or sales within the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in analgesics, anesthesia, or hospital settings). Desirable knowledge includes: * Market audit management, e.g., ATV, DDD, prescriptions, and/or CloseUp (Specialty Drugs Tracking, Analyzer). * CRM or visit reporting system usage. * Proactivity and commercial responsibility. * Familiarity with the pain portfolio is desirable. * Personal vehicle ownership is desirable (company vehicle provided after 2\-3 months). Occasional travel required Your responsibilities will include: o Medical Promotion * Visiting specialist physicians (anesthesiologists, allergists, orthopedists, traumatologists, rheumatologists, internists, general practitioners, geriatricians). * Scientifically and ethically presenting the company’s pain-line product portfolio. * Implementing defined marketing and sales strategies for the assigned territory. o Relationship Building and Loyalty * Establishing strong, trust-based relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders. * Organizing and coordinating medical events, scientific sessions, and educational activities. * Following up on requests and concerns raised by healthcare professionals. o Commercial Management * Negotiating and managing commercial activities with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and distributors in coordination with the relevant department. * Monitoring and reporting competitor activities and market opportunities. * Achieving the assigned sales plan and territory quota. o Administration and Reporting * Documenting and reporting visits, medical coverage, and outcomes in company systems and the designated reporting platform (CRM defined by the laboratory). * Analyzing market data to propose strategic improvements. * Closely tracking performance indicators (KPIs). o Continuous Training * Staying updated on pain pharmacology, treatment protocols, and regulatory requirements. * Participating in internal sales, negotiation, and scientific knowledge training programs.
