Vehicle delivery and explanation of completed work Grupokasa Automotriz is seeking a SERVICE ADVISOR for KIA ECATEPEC **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience in the position **Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Receive customers visiting the dealership for maintenance, repair, or cosmetic services for their vehicles, providing required professional consultation to identify their needs and generate corresponding work orders 2\.\- Conduct vehicle inventory in the customer's presence to verify its physical condition upon receipt and confirm included accessories 3\.\- Suggest additional services or missing accessories not requested by the customer, to improve the vehicle's condition and increase group sales 4\.\- Track assigned work orders; contact the customer if the promised delivery date changes, inform them of initially unquoted prices or any other information related to the work order, and prepare timely and proper vehicle delivery 5\.\- Conduct a general inspection of the vehicle prior to delivery to verify that it meets all necessary delivery conditions 6\.\- Review pre\-invoices for completed work orders to ensure charges applied are correct 7\.\- Deliver the vehicle to the customer, explaining the work performed, charges applied, service warranty, and any other relevant information to complete the service and ensure customer satisfaction 8\.\- Inform the customer promptly via telephone about potential delays or complications in the requested repairs to avoid unauthorized repairs and prevent customer conflicts. **We Offer:** Base salary: $9,451 plus commissions Statutory benefits Profit-sharing 4% savings fund Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (with 1.5-hour lunch break); Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
