We provide transportation from Monterrey bus station to the hotel and back. eight a.m. to four p.m. * Perform daily cleaning of occupied rooms, vacated rooms, and assigned areas. * Change bed linens, towels, and amenities according to hotel standards. * Inspect furniture, linens, equipment, and room items for proper condition. * Report damages, forgotten items, shortages, or any unusual situations to the immediate supervisor. * Keep the housekeeping cart clean, organized, and properly stocked. * Follow procedures for handling linens, chemicals, and cleaning products. * Respond courteously and discreetly to any guest requests, routing them to the appropriate department when necessary. * Safeguard assets, materials, and equipment provided for job performance. * Comply with hotel-established safety, hygiene, and personal appearance standards. * Assist with deep cleaning, special setups, or other departmental activities as required.
