**Job Responsibilities** * Perform maintenance, warranty services, and emergency repairs. * Troubleshoot, test equipment, diagnose, and repair HVAC system components. * Perform HVAC system maintenance and installation. * Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including component installation and replacement. * Perform maintenance services in accordance with ASHRAE 180, ensuring service delivery to customers. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. * Test newly installed components to ensure proper operation. **Requirements** * **Completed Technical Degree in: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician or Electrical Technician.** * 3 to 5 years of experience. * Basic welding skills. * Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles. * Valid driver's license. **Employment Benefits** * $20,000 to $30,000 per month (salary includes punctuality and attendance bonuses) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * 17 vacation days starting from the first year (12 vacation days \+ 5 additional days assigned by the company based on operational needs) * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM * Field work, travel, technical emergency response, and possible adjustments to rest days according to operational requirements.
