




Position Summary: The Bulk Receiving Operator is responsible for preparing vehicles for material loading and unloading, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Key Highlights: 1. The **Bulk Receiving Operator** is responsible for preparing trucks, railcars, and barges for bulk material loading and unloading, following established policies and procedures while working with frequent guidance. In this role, you will ensure that material movement and storage operations are conducted efficiently and safely, strictly complying with applicable safety policies, procedures, regulations, and standards. Responsibilities: * Execute complete manual procedures for preparing vehicles or railcars for loading and unloading, including opening hatches and doors, as well as coupling and positioning pumps under continuous supervision and guidance. * Perform ingredient testing and collect product samples in accordance with established standards. * Complete loading and unloading process inspections, as well as manual and electronic system documentation and quality records of the process. * Understand and strictly comply with all safety policies and procedures, including the use and compliance with lockout/tagout equipment labels. * Knowledge and experience operating forklifts. * Possess DC3 and a valid driver’s license. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Educational level: completed secondary school. * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with prior notice. * Ability to work in elevated areas or spaces (1.20 meters or higher). * Ability to handle loads up to 25 kilograms. * Ability to operate industrial machinery and/or equipment, with or without reasonable accommodations. * Prior experience with inventory systems. * Six months of experience in production-related tasks. * Certification to operate forklifts. * Experience using computers. * Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word. * Prior experience with inventory systems. Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
