




Job Summary: The bagger will operate machinery and equipment, perform maintenance and troubleshooting, with a broad understanding of processes, ensuring production and quality objectives. Complying with safety policies and maintaining a safe working environment. The bagger will perform a variety of responsibilities across assigned production facility areas, including operating mechanical machinery and equipment, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting, using a broad understanding of diverse and multidimensional processes. In this role, different work areas will be assigned as needed to ensure production objectives are met, support the production of quality products, and maximize performance while adhering to all safety policies and regulations. Responsibilities: * Operate technological equipment and tools in assigned production facility areas, refilling preceding areas as needed, and apply a broad understanding of policies and procedures—with regular guidance—to complete required tasks. * Perform a variety of responsibilities in identified areas, which may include bulk material loading and unloading, packaging, terminal operations, mixing, monitoring computerized control systems, and making machine process adjustments. * Expand knowledge of operational procedures, receive input from peers, and provide feedback on the clarity and effectiveness of guidance—including documentation of procedures. * Perform maintenance on sewing machines and troubleshoot machine and equipment issues, making necessary adjustments. * Record production and inventory activities in computerized systems. * Operate mobile equipment (electric pallet jack). * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and monitor work pace and progress of assigned teams and processes—requiring awareness of interconnections with other process areas. Requirements: * Must be over 18 years of age. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, stooping, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work in varied environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present—while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Educational level: completed high school. * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with prior notice. * Ability to handle loads up to 25 kilograms. * Knowledge of safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and HACCP. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a production or plant environment. Salary: $12,500.00 - $13,030.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
