We are currently seeking the following position:
**Accounting Analyst**
**Responsibilities:**
* Record daily revenue, expense, and journal entries in the system, ensuring complete documentary support for each transaction
* Perform monthly bank and corporate credit card reconciliations, notifying the Accounting Manager of any discrepancies identified.
* Verify vendor invoice recording and payments, confirming correct accounting classification and alignment with purchase orders.
* Conduct monthly account reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial information.
* Support monthly closing: accruals, amortizations, depreciation, and month-end adjustments.

* Promptly report any inconsistencies, recording errors, or identified compliance risks
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related economic/business field
* Minimum 1 year of experience as an accounting assistant maintaining an organization’s accounting records
* Experience with an ERP system
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Knowledge of foreign currency operations (revaluations, exchange rate adjustments)
* Knowledge of: bank reconciliations, journal entry recording, support for monthly closings.
* Conversational English preferred
