Key Responsibilities * Analyze training needs of the commercial area (sales, customer service, products, processes, commercial skills). * Design learning experiences aligned with business objectives using Instructional Design methodologies (IDDE). * Develop interactive e\-learning courses focused on practical application of commercial knowledge. * Create, structure, and publish digital content using Rise 360 (Articulate 360\). * Design and produce educational videos, animations, and simulations for commercial training using VYOND. * Develop supporting graphic materials (infographics, presentations, visual guides, and interactive resources). * Edit and produce training videos using Adobe tools. * Collaborate with commercial subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate transmission of knowledge and key messages. * Ensure pedagogical, graphical, and technical quality of developed materials. * Apply best practices in digital learning, usability, and interactivity. * Keep content updated in accordance with changes in products, commercial strategies, or processes. Technical Requirements * Solid knowledge of Instructional Design methodologies, especially IDDE. * Proven experience developing interactive e\-learning content. * Proficiency in Rise 360 (Articulate 360\) for digital course creation. * Experience creating animated training videos using VYOND. * Knowledge of graphic design and audiovisual production. * Proficiency with the Adobe suite: o Adobe Photoshop o Adobe Illustrator o Adobe Premiere Skills and Competencies * Learning focus oriented toward commercial outcomes. * Ability to translate sales information into clear, engaging, and practical content. * Creativity and innovation in designing digital experiences. * Organization and management of multiple projects. * Effective communication and collaborative work with commercial teams. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. Desired Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience using authoring tools—i.e., instructional design tools. * Prior experience developing training for sales forces or commercial areas. * Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems). * At least 1 year of experience in microlearning, learning journeys, or blended learning. * Basic knowledge of learning evaluation and impact measurement. * Skills / Knowledge \- Learns to use professional concepts.
