Focus on predictive analytics and talent strategy design Mercado Libre is experiencing continuous growth — one of the largest e-commerce companies in Latin America — and is constantly expanding; therefore, we are seeking a strategic position as: **Talent Attraction and Analytics Analyst.** **Key Responsibilities:** \* Gap Analysis: Identify which skills the company currently possesses and which ones it will require in 2 or 5 years to fulfill its expansion plan. \* Scenario Modeling: Calculate how many people and of which profiles will be required under different growth projections. \* Structural Design: Collaborate in defining organizational charts that eliminate silos and optimize operational agility. \* Talent KPI Design: Establish productivity metrics that go beyond "completed assigned tasks", linking them directly to business objectives. \* Evaluation Audits: Ensure leaders conduct objective, unbiased evaluations, guaranteeing meritocracy. \* Capability Matrix: Identify core competencies (critical capabilities) that provide the company with competitive advantage. \* Turnover Analysis: Not only measure turnover rate, but also identify root causes (e.g., leadership, compensation, lack of growth opportunities). \* Predictive Analytics: Apply statistical models to predict who is at risk of attrition or which candidate profile has the highest probability of long-term success. \* Dashboarding: Create executive dashboards showing the ROI (Return on Investment) of talent initiatives. \* Engagement Management: Design and analyze organizational climate surveys — with the aim of proposing structural cultural improvements. **Requirements:** Completed or incomplete undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Strong verbal communication skills. Proactive and well-organized. Basic computer proficiency and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
