




Position Summary: Galletas Dondé seeks a Bakery Supervisor to ensure compliance with the production schedule, maintain quality standards, and optimize human and material resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the production team, managing shifts and training. 2. Ensure quality, food safety, and environmental standards in production. 3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive/corrective actions. We are seeking: BAKERY SUPERVISOR Objective: Ensure compliance with the production schedule while meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements, as well as improving process efficiency and optimizing material and human resources. Requirements: * Industrial Chemical Engineering or related field * 2 years of experience in a similar position * Personnel management experience * Availability to work flexible hours Responsibilities: * Manage the assigned team by organizing shifts according to the production schedule (unionized personnel) * Monitor team training * Manage required inputs for producing various cookie varieties * Prepare production performance reports * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and environmental standards and protocols * Monitor unsafe conditions and acts during the production process * Submit corrective maintenance notifications in the SAP system * Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions for any issues * Prepare payroll reports, personnel incident reports, and staff schedules Schedule: Three rotating shifts, Monday through Friday full-time and Saturday half-day. Sunday is a day off.
