




Job Summary: Food Safety Management System Supervisor, responsible for ensuring and updating the FSMS, leading the HACCP team, and supervising prerequisite programs. Key Highlights: 1. Trains personnel on food safety and good practices \***FSMS SUPERVISOR**\* (Food Safety Management System). REQUIREMENTS: * B.S. or B.Eng. in Chemistry or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in food safety management systems. * Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 standards. * Proficiency in HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Basic knowledge of polymers is desirable. * Ensure and maintain the plant's Food Safety Management System. * Lead the HACCP team and manage regulatory documentation. * Supervise prerequisite programs (GMPs, pest control, allergen control). * Conduct supplier audits and manage external audits / certifications. * Train personnel on food safety and good practices on the production floor. * Verify compliance with standards for extrusion and flexographic printing machinery. * Proactivity and effective communication. * Orderliness, discipline, and results-oriented mindset. WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. SALARY: * Salary: $3,000 net weekly (tax-free); negotiable based on experience. * Bonuses: Additional to base salary. * Benefits: All statutory benefits.
