Description
We are seeking an **In-house** candidate to join our **Customer Service** team.
The candidate will be responsible for providing support and follow-up on operational processes within the plant, ensuring proper coordination with drivers, customers, and internal departments.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Monitor and track vehicles using GPS.
* Track routes and control deliveries.
* Maintain constant communication with drivers and plant personnel.
* Record and manage incidents.
* Prepare service and performance reports.
* Support administrative activities related to logistics and transportation.
**Requirements**
* Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in **Transportation, Logistics, or related field**.
* Minimum **1 year** of experience in:
* GPS tracking and vehicle monitoring.
* Working within **production plants**.
* Supporting **drivers**.
* Using **continuous improvement tools**.
* Proficiency with **computer and printer**.
* Basic or intermediate English (preferred).

**Work Schedule:**
* Afternoon shift \- 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month
