**Pharmaceutical Company is seeking:** "SENIOR DEVELOPMENT CHEMIST" **Position Objective:** Provide technical advice and support in the manufacturing process of line products for Allen Laboratories, according to good manufacturing and documentation practices. **Responsibilities:** 1. Improve and optimize production processes for line products. 2. Adjust formulas according to current regulatory requirements to optimize line products. 3. Plan and execute optimization tests for line products. 4. Plan and manufacture batches (pilot, development, stability, scale-up, and transfer) for optimization of line products. 5. Prepare technical and administrative documentation for the development department. 6. Train new team members on area procedures and the use of industrial-scale equipment. 7. Handle APIs and excipients for optimization testing of line products. 8. Manage materials and tools for formulation and process testing of line products. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree in chemical-biological and/or pharmaceutical fields. Title and Professional License required.
