Job Summary: Clarvi is seeking a Safety Coordinator to establish industrial safety, health and environmental policies and programs, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of safety, health and environmental culture **Clarvi "Water Treatment Leaders" seeks a Safety Coordinator in the Industrial Zone - Los Mochis, Sinaloa** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Coordinate Industrial Safety, Health and Environment activities by establishing policies and standards, and developing plans and programs based on national and international laws, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's safe operations. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering. * Environmental Engineering. * Chemical Engineering or related field. **Knowledge:** * Mexican regulatory framework (STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, COFEPRIS). * Management of emergency brigades, emergency response programs, and risk assessments. * Asset Security (access control, CCTV, loss prevention). * Delivery of training courses. **Responsibilities:** * Implement applicable safety measures according to current Mexican regulations, as well as supervise their execution. * Identify, assess, and control risks related to industrial safety, asset security, health, and environment, aligned with company processes. * Achieve implementation and/or maintenance of various certifications. * Develop protocols for asset protection, preventive and corrective actions. * Supervise compliance with the Occupational Health Program. * Develop and implement new internal safety policies for worker protection. * Promote safety, health and environmental culture. * Monitor environmental matters related to water, soil and subsoil, natural resources, forest resources, environmental impact, and general environmental management. * Train clients and collaborators. **Skills:** * Problem analysis * Administrative control * Results-oriented approach * Strategic thinking * Planning * Decision-making * Leadership * Negotiation **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Base salary at 100% IMSS coverage. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Comprehensive development. * Excellent work environment. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education - degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Wholesale trade / Wholesaler **Skills:** * Problem analysis * Initiative * Honesty *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0cefc75200005000c55e6c\&source\=indeed*
