




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products, supervise the production process, and promote continuous improvement. Job Description: **WELCOME TO TEKNOPELLETS!** We are a Mexican company with a global focus, dedicated to recycling and transforming post-industrial, post-commercial, and post-consumer plastic materials using state-of-the-art technology and market-leading development, converting them into high-quality raw materials for reuse in other industrial processes — with an ecological and sustainable approach. **WE ARE SEEKING:** ***"QUALITY SUPERVISOR"*** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Degree in Plastics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of **5 years**, verifiable experience; ***preferably in the plastics industry***. * Plan inspection of raw materials and finished products. * Review thermoforming-related changes in product specifications according to customer requirements. * Review material technical data sheets. * Prepare and review product technical data sheets. * Review the Product Catalog. * Achieve KPI targets. * Monitor new projects. * Supervise compliance with quality specifications throughout the production process. * Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent contamination or damage. * Train personnel on correct execution of quality controls. * Report test results as well as product specifications. * Generate and track test reports, new products, and/or modifications. * Submit incident reports, overtime records, and reports to the respective department. * Control segregation of non-conforming products and ensure their identification. * Identify and report deviations or anomalies in the production process. * Verify that Quality Management System (QMS) forms are up to date. * Create and disseminate quality alerts to departments. * Promote continuous improvement across all plant activities. * Implement quality methodologies. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Root cause analysis. * 8D methodology. * Experience with Quality Management Systems. * Internal and external audits, first- and second-party (active participation in the process). * Knowledge of plastic extrusion processes. * Experience with HACCP standards. * Experience with food safety standards (FSSC 22000\). **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 9:00–18:00 hrs.; Friday: 9:00–17:00 hrs.; Saturday: 9:00–13:00 hrs.
