FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES \- Ensure that processes are carried out according to internal quality requirements, customer specifications, and applicable regulations. \- Perform inspection and analysis of packaging and container materials and issue evaluations. \- Perform inspection and sampling of raw materials and issue evaluations. \- Take bulk product samples and retained finished product samples. \- Inspect areas, equipment, utensils, and personnel during manufacturing processes. \- Document inspections through in-process controls, non-conformities, and/or change controls. \- Report deviations from Good Manufacturing Practices, authorized procedures, or documents during the process to the area supervisor, immediate superior, and/or process supervisor; generate records and follow up. \- Verify that production and conditioning orders and procedures are properly followed; ensure activity records comply with good documentation practices. \- Follow SOPs related to the job and record performed inspections on required forms. \- Perform seal integrity tests when requested by the process. \- In the absence of the analytical chemist, perform physicochemical analyses (Appearance, pH, Viscosity, and Density) to determine process continuity. \- Carry out tasks assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Supervisor, and/or Quality Unit Manager and Sanitary Responsible due to company requirements. \- Participate in internal or external audits, follow-up on action plan responses, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. \- Ensure personnel comply with Good Manufacturing Practices during product manufacturing processes. \- Report incidents occurring in warehouses and plant, and follow up on their resolution. \- Identify deviations and non-compliant processes related to Good Manufacturing Practices and follow them until resolved. \- Ensure Quality Management System processes comply with current regulatory requirements to maintain ISO 9001 and COFEPRIS certifications. \- Conduct inspections ensuring product quality compliance.
