Provide technical and engineering support to improve product quality metrics. This position focuses on product quality through data collection, data analysis, experimentation, simulation,
problem resolution, verification, and control. This individual will be responsible for driving the non-conforming material process and root cause investigation through coordination with Production Support Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, and Product Design Engineers.**Job Description**

Key responsibilities include:
* Conduct root cause analysis of product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with Supplier Quality Engineers and Engineering teams for resolution and temporary/permanent corrective actions.
* Ensure implementation of cost reduction/scrap projects aligned with annual goals, commitments, and key process and product metrics.
* Ensure correct and complete implementation/usage of quality processes and controls, as well as reduction of non-conforming material inventory.
* Responsible for generating scrap reports, internal and external defect reports, as well as tracking actions and communicating with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* **Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in Product Quality or Process Quality departments.
* **Technical Skills:** FMEA, Control Plan, Minitab, 8D, Three-level 5 Whys, general statistics **(mandatory)**
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in quality tools: Pareto, Cause\-Effect, Check Sheet, Scatter Diagram, etc. **(mandatory)**
* **Language:** Advanced English **(mandatory)**
Desirable:
* Experience in people management.
* SPC
* Experience managing Total Quality Cost control systems.
* Proficiency in quality tools: Pareto, Cause\-Effect, Check Sheet, Scatter Diagram, etc.
* ISO 13485
