Job Objective Coordinate, supervise, and ensure compliance with quality standards during civil construction execution, guaranteeing that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate inspections and quality testing of materials and construction processes. * Review and approve quality protocols, checklists, and inspection reports. * Control technical documentation and project quality records. * Coordinate with site managers, supervisors, and contractors to correct non-conformities. * Supervise concrete, steel, compaction, welding, and other tests. * Generate quality progress reports and incident follow-up reports. * Participate in internal and external quality audits.
