Job Summary: Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting tests on raw materials and products, guaranteeing adherence to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) regulations. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization #### **About this Position** Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, guaranteeing adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) regulations, as well as proper documentation and analysis of results. #### **What you´ll do** * Perform standard quality control tests on: Received raw materials Semi-finished products Finished products * Calculate, analyze, and report test results, recording information in the SAP system. * Strictly comply with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards, procedures, and regulations. * Support Quality Engineers in investigations of complaints and non-conformities. * Provide training to internal customers on SHEQ-related topics. * Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization within the Quality department. * Manage and execute projects assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or area leaders. #### **What makes you a good fit** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * +2 years of experience in similar roles. * Physicochemical analysis and testing techniques. * Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). * Safety and environmental regulations. * Technical documentation and report generation. #### **Some perks of joining Henkel** * Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs * Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks * Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares * Flexible Benefits * Canteen * Savings Fund At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
