Professional growth within the company. **JOB DESCRIPTION: PURCHASING MANAGER** **Details:** Purchaser of supplies for the construction and plastic industries at a small raw materials distributor. Responsibilities: Analyze product requirements and execute the procurement process (from purchase orders through purchasing and follow-up); negotiate with suppliers and service providers; administer and optimize logistics and inventory. **Location:** Northern Mérida, Yuc. **Employment Type and Monthly Salary:** 3-month probationary period. Subsequently, indefinite-term employment with salary and wages. **Benefits** after probationary period: statutory benefits, grocery vouchers, life insurance, flexible working hours, and career advancement opportunities with the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Academic Level:** Bachelor’s degree holder. Minimum academic average of 82. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Skills:** Ethical, responsible, and organized. Excellent numerical aptitude. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good personal and professional references. **Knowledge:** General computer literacy and administrative applications.
