It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Job Responsibilities: (functions, tasks, and key authorities)** * Has the authority to stop processes generating quality issues. * Responsible for requesting the bill of materials to ensure materials are in place to begin production. * Move pallets to the shipping area * Move pallets to the warehouse area * Move materials from the supply point in the warehouse to production shelves and in all directions. * Provide materials to operators as needed. * Count waste and dispose of it according to BD Juárez procedures. * Generate waste entries * Deliver waste to the warehouse * Track and maintain Kanban on assigned production lines * Dispose of hazardous chemical material * Control waste containers * Identify materials as required * Keep the production supervisor or warehouse supervisor and/or team leader informed of any discrepancies found * Report waste material on production lines * Move finished and approved product to the shipping area * Be punctual at the work area * Perform operations in accordance with procedures, standards, and schedules * Participate in area meetings and other meetings * Availability for area and shift changes as required by the company * Mandatory compliance with safety, quality, and general procedures applicable to the position. * Availability for overtime * Adherence to GMP procedures * Adherence to cleaning practices (5S Program) * Compliance with good documentation practices * Compliance with internal regulations * Load materials into the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system against the work order * Verify that kitted material matches the Pick List or BOM. * Remove labels from boxes. **Education and Experience:** * Completed secondary school certificate * Minimum 6 months of experience working in permanent positions at BD Juárez (verify via Human Resources database). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Knowledge of BD Juárez product processes.
